Two state-of-the-art data centres designed to help meet a growing need for increased high-quality data capacity, providing the critical infrastructure necessary to support economic growth and job creation around the wider Chelmsford area.
Sustainability initiatives will include roof-mounted solar panels, extensive site landscaping and ecological enhancements
Beaulieu Exchange Today
Beaulieu Exchange is part of the Beaulieu Park development area that has outline planning permission for commercial/business park development. The 8.7 hectare development site sits to the north of the A12 and railway in the east of the main Beaulieu Park development, bound to the north by Lovegrove Way and General’s Lane. Boreham Brook separates the two halves of the site.
Tritax acquired Beaulieu Exchange from house Vistry, one of the UK’s largest housebuilders, which are developing the majority of the Beaulieu Park master-plan area to the north and west of the Beaulieu Exchange site.
